Join us for a bourbon tasting with our friends at Cook’s Mill Whiskey on Thursday, September 12. Head to the study from 7-9 pm to learn more about this locally-distilled bourbon whiskey as you give it a taste. Cook’s Mill is a sip of North Carolina history; their small-batch bourbon whiskey is made with seven North Carolina native heirloom corn varieties, exploring flavors that existed before GMOs. We'll also be serving two specialty cocktails made with Cook's Mill which will be broken down in detail as well.
